Fortunately an accident is very rare during diving, but if this is the case then it is of vital importance that you can save yourself or another diver in need.

 

In the PADI RESCUE DIVER course you learn the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to effectively help with diving related problems and diving accidents.

 

This course is an important step in increasing your self-confidence, knowledge and experience as a diver and it is also the best recreational diving course to follow.

 

The course consists of:

• self-reliance and diving stress

• first aid for diving accidents

• offer assistance both swimming and non-swimming

• respond to a panicked diver

• solving problems under water

• procedures how to handle a missing diver

• tracing and bringing the unconscious diver to the surface

• applying artificial respiration in the water

• first aid procedures for pressure related accidents

• to conclude some diving accident scenario's
